Frequently asked questions
When you start your photobook, you'll get the option to add your photos from your
computer or mobile device or import them from directly your Facebook, Instagram or
Flickr accounts. We do not currently support other methods of uploading but will be
adding more soon.
To select all photos in a folder, select the first file and then press Ctrl + A on a PC
(hold down the control key and then press A) or Command + A, on a MAC (hold down the
command key and then press A).
It's not possible to add ZIP files to the upload window, but you can select all of the
individual photos and add together to the upload window (see above).
We support .JPG, .PNG, and .TIFF formats. We recommend photos that are 3-15MB. All
photos should be with an sRGB color profile.
This depends on the size of type of book you're making. On average we recommend 2-4
photos per page, but you can add as many as you want.
Our flushmount photo books (which lay flat) have cardboard inserts between the pages
that make them a little over 1mm thick.
Our layflat photo books do not have cardboard inserts between the pages, so while much thicker than regular photobook paper, these layflat pages are a little flexible.
Photo Lustre paper is 190 GSM (which is how thickness of paper is measured). For reference, standard copy paper is generally 80 gsm, so this is about 3 times thicker.

Yes, of course. We offer a number of different text and font options in our online photo
book designer. Text can be added on the cover as well as on every page in the book
(except on the inside pages, which are not for print).
The flushmount and layflat photo books are developed on genuine Fuji Photo Paper (silver
halide), so will have the clarity and color fidelity of a professionally printed
photography.
Photo Lustre paper is digitally printed on state-of-the-art machines which offer a print quality very close to an actual photograph.
